Upon request, invitation letters will be provided only to accepted paper/poster authors. Please fill out this information form by June 15.

PLEASE NOTE that visa letters are sent via e-mail to the author in PDF format, not the UK government, so please provide the correct information on the form. The deadline for requests is June 15. The Society is not able to assist you with additional documents or requirements beyond a letter acknowledging your accepted presentation at the conference.

When using public transport such as buses and underground (the ‘tube’), you can buy single tickets from any underground, overground and train station. However, you cannot buy tickets on the bus.
